Possibly my favorite show of them all, along with “Lies,” “Islands” and “Road To Hell.” The fourth-world soundtrack from the likes of Eno/Byrne, Jon Hassell and Michael Brook is perfect, and the segments are a perfect balance of absurd yarns, rambling surrealist soliloquies, earthy anecdotes and freewheeling panel discussions. This was my first exposure to Joe Frank, and it has never left my mind.
